peer-led support groups for folks looking to build community in eating disorder recovery

At INSPIRD, we recognize that community and connection are vital in the pursuit of healing, well-being, safety, and liberation for all. Led by Jocelyne Laplanche, IEDS, our support groups are designed to provide supportive, peer-led spaces where individuals with eating disorders can share experiences and encourage one another on their individual journeys.

Please note: Our peer-led support groups are not therapeutic groups or intended for emergency/crisis intervention.
